Chester is a beautiful one year old boy looking for a new home, as the older dog in the household has taken a dislike to him, causing them to fight.
Chester is a friendly boy and very much acts like a typical young GSD – he loves to greet people visiting the home by jumping up and gets a little excited.
He gets along with other dogs and could live with cats. Chester has also previously lived with children so could potentially be rehomed with young children in a dog savvy household.
Chester is a clever boy and knows basic commands. When out on a walk, he tends to pull on the lead but has very good recall.
This young boy needs someone who can dedicate a lot of their time to him. He would benefit from some 121 attention and training to build his confidence up as a young adult dog. Chester suffers from seperation anxiety and gets destructive when left alone at home. His new owners will need to work on this and gradually get him used to being left on his own.
This lovely boy has so much going for him and wants nothing more than to be a central part of a family.
