Chance is a very handsome boy who is very protective of his female owner and although growled at our assessor initially, he did come over and give a paw for a treat or two. Outside on a walk he is very strong, he did sit at the kerbside when told but was more interested in sniffing the ground than being responsive to handler. Chance spends his days as an outdoor dog with his own kennel/yard. He hasn't really been socialised with other people or indeed any other animals so whoever takes Chance on will need to be prepared to take him back to basics. Chance loves his mum and since dad sadly passed away, Chance has become more attached he recently went to kennels and whilst female owner was around nothing could be done with him, once she left him in their care he was absolutely fine and they could handle him safely on a day to day basis, therefore in a new environment with a confident owner Chance should be okay.
