Cesar is a lovely boy who finds himself looking for a new home as his owner has a new job and no longer has the time
He is quite a nervous boy on first meeting but he has been through the mill over the last few weeks. His owner just left him at a friends door and drove away. The dog was a little shell shocked to say the least. He is a bit of an unknown so we would suggest older children only.
Cesar does have basic skills but could do with some more training. He needs to try new things get out in the big wide world and have the chance to become a proper dog.
