Cassie is 11 and spayed. She is good with children of all ages but at her age would probably rather be in a quieter home without young children running about. Cassie is good with other dogs but had an incident with a Jack Russell and used to live happily with a Yorkie. She would however be protective over her food from him. She is used to cats in the home but will chase them in the garden. Cassie is a lovely placid and friendly girl who has been in the same home all her life. She is good on the lead and has fairly good recall. She can get stiff in her joints occasionally (but don’t we all when we get older) and is very good at the vets (unless they want to take her temperature). Our volunteer described her as being very straightforward with a lot of life left in her. Cassie would make a great addition to your family. Being rehomed as her dad has been widowed and she is was being left up to 15 hours a day with the odd visit from a neighbour. Can you help this lovely old girl?
