This poor boy is 1 year old Casper who sadly is being left outdoors due to owner being concerned for the baby in the home. This dog needs to go back to basics and will need an experienced owner who can bring him on and has the potential to be a fabulous dog. He is not being walked, left in a run all day and taking his frustrations out on the other family dog who is an oldie! He is house-trained and apparently has good recall but this could not be tested. This dog is in urgent need of a home soon!!
