Poor Casper has not suffered as some Romanian dogs do. He was found on a garbage dump with his sister as a very young pup. Since then he has been fortunate enough to live in a foster home. So, he is a fairly well trained boy who would fit easily into any UK home. He is almost completely house trained and walks well on the lead.
Above all, Casper is a friendly boy. He has retained his puppy trust in people and has not had any bad experiences to make him frightened or distrustful. With GSDs this can all too easily translate into fear aggression. Thankfully Casper is a trouble free pup as well as being irresistibly gorgeous and very handsome.
