Say hi to Carlos who is a short coated black and tan male of approximately 8 years old.
Carlos is a very happy boy would need an experienced owner as he can be quite stubborn and independent. He was a police dog in Romania but was discarded like a piece of trash when he was no longer needed and ended up in a kill shelter.
In the kennel situation he does not tolerate other dogs or cats so would probably need to live in a home where he is the only dog.
Because of his working background and stubborn nature, we believe he would be best suited to an adult only home.
Fully vaccinated with his own passport.
