Poor Cara has had a very eventful few months. Her owner died and she was whisked off into foster. We soon became to realise she was a dominant girl, as she did attack the resident Shep and she meant business.
While Cara was in foster this is what her foster mum wrote; Cara is a big people friendly girl who welcomes visitors with a bark, then sits down for a fuss or a treat.
She enjoys being brushed and loves one to one attention, she would happily be stroked all day. She is housetrained and can be left for a few hours without any chewing or mess. She slept on her bed in the crate with the door open. She likes to keep hold of her toys and loves a game of football in the garden. She is happy to travel and walks nice on a lead.
We would like Cara to go to an experienced home and without another dog. Due to her attacking the resident dog when out, we would request she wears a muzzle for any outdoor activity.
Cara is a very big and beautiful girl, she is at present in kennels in West Yorkshire but not coping very well. If you are interested in meeting Cara to foster/adopt, trust me you won't be disappointed, she's stunning.
