This poor little girl is 5 year old Candy, who until today lived with a family including 6 children aged 2 +, anther GSD and cat. One dog had to go and sadly for Candy it was her; as you will see by her picture she has recently had a litter of puppies and need will need some tlc and time to get her figure back. When our volunteer assessed and collected her, she found Candy to be a friendly dog with a lovely temperament. Walks well on the lead but has never been allowed off lead so recall training will be required. She was very nervous in the van and is not enjoying her stay in kennels. Candy really deserves a new loving family who will shower her with love and attention.
