Buster - North East

Since Buster arrived from Romania on 21st Dec 2020, he has settled really well in his foster home and is in a good routine.
He is a very friendly easy going boy, who wants to be friends with everyone he meets, and loves cuddles. He walks well on his lead without pulling.
He has no problem meeting other dogs and doesn't react when other dogs bark at him. With lockdown, he hasn't really had much opportunity to interact with children, although there is no problem when he is around his foster mums 4yr old Grandson.
Buster follows her everywhere in the house but refuses to go up the stairs. Her husband had to carry him upstairs when he went for a bath, which he really enjoyed, but then he flatly refused to come back down the stairs.

The only time he has barked is when they get the vac out, anyone knocking on the door doesn’t seem to alarm him.

Buster travels well in a car although these have only been short trips and he’s more than happy with 3-4 short walks each day.
Unsure about recall as not yet been off the lead.

All in all he is a wonderful calm dog who will make a perfect companion.
