Buddy is a GSD cross who is looking to be re homed due to change in home/work balance. Buddy is a very affectionate and happy dog who is very excitable and prone to jumping up (therefore any new home should be prepared to train this out of him and we would think Buddy best re homed around older children only). Buddy is walked on a halti and very good at sitting at kerbside, off lead his owner let him run free (which he thoroughly enjoyed) and he had excellent recall, however we are told this is hit and miss and Buddy can play "deaf" when it suits him. We didn't meet any dogs out on our walk but we are told Buddy can get excited when he sees other dogs on the lead. Basically Buddy is a 2 year old puppy who is full of energy and needs a more active home where they can deal will his exuberance and manage his excitement. Buddy responds well to positive praise and does want to please. Buddy is microchipped, vaccinated and neutered.
