Brodie is an 8 year young neutered male. This is what his foster mum has to say about him: When Brodie came to stay with me he was extremely underweight, and seemed very sad. He looked like he?d had a very tough life. Although he is very well behaved in the house, it took him a few months to form any bond with me. He has been diagnosed with borderline EPI which is easily treated with pancreatic enzymes in his food, and since I changed his food to Hills prescription D/D diet he has started to flourish. He has put on lots of weight and has a spark back in his eyes. He still scratches a bit, but I?m hoping that as he is getting on so well with his new diet this will settle. He is stiff in his hips but can still run like a greyhound especially when chasing the squirrels in the woods. He gets on well with most other dogs, but does bark a bit if on the lead. He does have a habit of bouncing over to other walkers in the park to scrounge food, but we are working hard on his recall to stop this. He is welcoming of strangers to the house and sometimes doesn?t even get out of bed. He has lived with other dogs before and cats, but would probably be best with a bitch. Brodie loves to play ball and has no toy or food aggression. His basic commands are good, he walks well on the lead, and has an excellent stay. He will also speak on command. Brodie is full of character and asks for nothing more than a good meal, a walk and a comfy bed.
