Bones - Leeds
Bones is a white lab/gsd cross who is just 11 months old. He has been a fantastic family dog living with children from 5 years upwards and was originally purchased to be an assistance dog for one child who suffers seizures (Bones has completed his introductory level assistance dog training). However sadly now he has to be re homed due to an incident that happened on a recent family holiday. Bones has always been fantastic around other dogs and has been well socialised, however on a holiday walk he was bitten by a passing dog and as the owners father put his hand down to separate the dogs Bones bit him. Understandable in the situation, however since returning home Bones is now very wary out on his walks and barks at passing dogs and has lost his relaxed nature. The current owners feel they too are now adding to Bone's stress levels and don't let him off lead anymore. Therefore this large bouncy intelligent dog is looking for a new owner who can get Bones out and about and socialised once again around his doggie friends. He is microchipped and vaccinated.
