Boba - Northumberland

Boba - Northumberland
Boba is a Big beautiful young boy and is very much loved by his present owners. They have found themselves in a very difficult situation that they feel the only way out is to rehome Boba. Boba has lived with 2 male dogs for 2 years and did get on until the past several months. Boba and Akita x are constantly fighting to the point of seriously hurting each other. Boba has only just started sticking up for himself and the situation is becoming much more aggressive, the owner is now frightened that they will come to some harm, as she is unable to split them up. Our volunteer said that on walking Boba for 15 minutes, he became more settled and less anxious making him easy to walk, with little if any pulling of the lead. Boba would benefit from learning basic commands and he was very interested in a ball. He is a very affectionate young boy and likes nothing more than a massage and tummy rub. Although our volunteer felt that Boba was lacking mental stimulation and physical exercise, owners has now put some of his suggestions in place and is taking Boba out on a daily basis to upskill his basic needs.
