Blue

Meet Blue who’s a gorgeous 4yr old black and tan lad that’s desperate for a new home through no fault of his own

Poor Blue has really drawn the short straw in life and although the person looking after him is doing her best Blue does deserve more

Blue currently lives with a cat and so could share his home again with a cat

Blue could live with children over 10

He lives with a dachshund who he gets on very well with but we do feel due to blues lack of socialisation outside the home he would need to be an only dog initially until he learns some doggie manners. We are sure with the right confident owner Blue will soon enjoy walks where he’s not like a bull in a China shop to play and is respectful of other dogs spaces

When our volunteer knocked the door he didn’t bark or jump up he was very good

Blue when left for long periods of time has chewed his bed out of boredom so we feel he would be best in a home where the adopter is home the majority of time

Blue loves going in the car and is the perfect passenger

Blue would benefit from lots more exercise and a balanced diet as he is overweight but again this is easily rectified

He is frightened at the vets so would need to be muzzled initially until more confident

Blue really is a sweet boy who just needs the opportunity to flourish in a nice home with adopters who understand the breed and can give Blue the dedication and love her so so deserves
