Blue is a fun-loving friendly and affectionate boy who rarely acts his age, some of his favourite things include treats, meeting new people and cuddles. He has been an ambassador for GSDR at local fund raising events and been an absolute star around children and adults alike - everyone wants to cuddle Blue.
Currently in foster with another male GSD where he definitely rules the roost, he would perhaps be better as an only dog where he wont feel the to need to compete for attention all the time
Due to his previous lack of regular walks and socialization he will need an experienced and patient new owner who can help him overcome his excitement at being outside and seeing other dogs, although he has been on the GSDR Group Walks and managed to run free and enjoy the great outdoors. Blue is strong on the lead and does need more work in that area but his basic obedience is good and when off lead he stays close and his recall is excellent unless distracted by another dog.
Blue would love 2015 to bring him his forever home.
