Blizzard is 2 years old and being rehomed as he is proving too strong for the lady owner to control around other dogs.
Blizzard is great to take out jogging where his mind is focussed but walking along streets he can be too strong and reactive to oncoming dogs. This is surely a common trait for lots of German shepherd dogs and anyone with patience and time to take this boy to training classes or perhaps doggie day care to socialise Blizzard should be able to overcome this.
Our volunteer was introduced to Blizzard and found a lovely friendly boy who was happy to say hello and appeared a well cared for dog.
Blizzard lives and is okay around dog savvy older boys n girls. Blizzard would welcome a new home where they are used to the traits of a shepherd and will give this boy the direction he needs.
