Biffy is a lovely 3 year old dog who is a very good looking silver / grey / black medium coated boy with a fabulous temperament. The assessor described him as quite beautiful.
This is what our assessor said about Biffy
A real sweetie. Will be a fabulous dog for someone.
I took him out and he met mine, no probs whatsoever , not even a Grrr. My husband came too but I took Biffy as he pulled less than mine !!
Good on a lead for a young dog , healed quite nicely despite wanting to go for a walk and not knowing me or my husband.. Did not let him off so no idea of recall but should imagine would be very good very quickly, he is quite bright and attentive. Pulled a bit on the way home but not badly.
Met some other small dogs who he pulled to get to but we kept away , no aggression or Grrr-ing, just young eagerness. would have been fine I am sure.
In the home really gentle and sweet with 2yr old son.Very cuddly and soft.Used to being handled.Curled up in his bed on command.
He has been loved but his owner lives in a smallish house , small child and pregnant. He lives with another small lab/cross type dog too.
Owner says she will hold on to him until a new home can be found as was not happy about putting him in kennels.
Biffy has hip dysplasia which is covered for his lifetime with insurance and this is transferable
Biffy is quite thin /slim but seemed really well but this is probably not a bad thing given his HD. He was bright eyed and bushy tailed. He has had loads of checks and all OK.
Not bothered by the cat he lives with but will obviously chase one if saw outside !!
A lovely dog who could do with more training, kept busy, and entertained more .Would fit into any household who wants a lovely GSD. (Hips must be considered as when he gets old might be a prob but OK now )
Biffy - how handsome is he?
Biffy lives with young children, another dog and a cat
What a cracker this boy is
Biffy all called up in his basket
