Rex is sadly looking for a new home due a change in his owners coircumstances. He is at present staying with the owners parents but they are struggling with his size and strength
Rex is a tall black entire boy with ears to die for !!
he is used to visiting children over 10, so no young children due to his size and personality.
He has a prey drive so anything small is a chaseable game. He has never had a fight with another dog but he is extremely boistrius and shows super keen interest in any that he meets even at a distance. He is super keen to meet everything when out but has not been socialised properly and other dogs do growel at him. This is where Rex needs all his work. Back to basics in lead walking and socialisation. Not allowing him to get over stimulated. He is so keen to be out that he seems to get a semse overload and then cannot contain his excitement.
Inside the home he is lovely. He greeted the volunteers with affection.Loves to be stroked and will hapopily give kisses. Knows his basic commands . Loves his toya and even though he gets excited he is easily controlable in the home. He does bark when he wants attention.
Rex hasn't travelled much inn the car but we are sure he would see it as an adventure.
He also loves the hosepipr anopther fun game !!
The volnteers managed a sensible walk by making a head collar out of his lead, as he pulls like a train. He loves to go to the park and will play with his ball (if you let him) all day and all night !!!!!
No aggression seen in this boy, just an over excited puppy when out, no recall to speak of but fdar more controlable within the home environment.
