Bella is a lovely, lively girl who started her life in Romania. She is not a full Shepherd but is a very pretty lady.
She greeted me with kisses and lots of tail wagging, was very friendly and clearly loves fuss and attention.
She is currently living with three small children and is very good around them, she is very exuberant so can get a little giddy, but her play is always good-natured.
She is good with all the basics, is fully house-trained, and has good recall. She is very good with other dogs and loves to play, so would probably be best suited to a home with another, slightly older dog.
Bella can be destructive if left to her own devices and will happily dig holes in the garden, she is crate-trained so this behaviour could be managed. She is fine on the lead, but when she sees other dogs just wants to get to them, so can forget her manners. She is still young and responds well to rewards, so with the correct training this could be improved. She does have a taste for other dog’s faeces and this is proving a hard habit to break.
Bella needs to go to experienced owners who have the time to give her the direction she needs and to keep her occupied. Another dog would be great as she would thrive with a playmate to look up to.
She is chipped and is fully vaccinated.
