BELLA - EAST SUSSEX

Bella is a young lady of 3 looking for her forever home.

She is a working lines sable short coated young lady who is bored. Her owners are struggling to cope with her needs. She is said to be fine with children but she is boistrous so we would say older children who are large dog savvy. 

She is unknown around other dogs and does bark continuously at them, this could just be a lack of socialisation. She is apparently not bothered by catrs but this has not been witnessed.

Bella was over excited and vocal when the volunteers arrived. This continued the whole time that they were there, going from one volunteer to the other especially if she got a reaction. She only calmed when the treats came out and as soon as they stopped she was off again, The volunteers feel that she is full of pent up energy. She has a good walk every luchtime and after that she will settle. The owners family will not walk her and don't really interact with her so she gets bored. 

The whole assessment she ran around jumping all over the place and tail chasing. The owner feels that she is bored and he wants the best for her, which would be someone who is around for her and will give her the mental and physical stimulation that she desperately craves.

When they went for a walk her barking reached a whole new level. She constant;ly barked at everything and everyone but at no time did the volunteer feel threatedned. It is almost like she is beside herself and doesn't know what else to do.

We feel that this is Urgent. Bella NEEDS a home that will give her the time she deserves and be patient with her whilst she learns how to be a dog. With the right amount of mental and physical stimulation and some retraining we believe that she will become an amazing young lady.

Please would anyone be willing to give her a chance.
