Baloo Lancashire

Hullabaloo now known as Baloo is fifteen months old. He is a lovely friendly boy who greeted the volunteer well. 

Unfortunately Baloo had to be given up due to illness within his original family because they wer not able to give Baloo the time and training he needed.

Baloo is good outside and shows no reactivity to dogs and cats. When out on a walk he is strong on the lead to begin with but soon settles and walks well. He has gone past horses, tractors, cars without any hesitation and bird scarers do not phase him. 

Baloo likes nothing better than a good cuddle and a few treats and is turning out to be a cuddle monster.  

He is good to brush and will stand there all day, he was good with the vet and showed no anxiety.  Due to him being in kennels a mobile vet came to health check him and do vaccinations.

Baloo initially went into kennels and then on to foster which unfortunately did not work out for him through no fault of his own and he had to be returned to kennels for his own safety.

Baloo needs an experienced owner, who will give him the time and patience to adapt to his new home and surroundings and not crowd him.

Baloo initially needs to be the only dog in the house, he will need some training as he is very green, he knows the basics, No, sit, paw, down.  To begin with Baloo will need one to one training, putting him in a group class would be too much for him to deal with.

Baloo is not neutered as he is far too young.
