Meet Archie who will be 5 in April and is a gorgeous Black and Tan semi coated boy whose neutered and vaccinated
Archie is being reluctantly rehomed due to his owners ill health and he's just not able to get the exercise and stimulation he needs
He’s been wonderful with children however being a big dog and clumsy we recommend he is homed where there are children over 10
Archie is fine with some dogs he meets but doesn’t like dogs off lead which run up to him so he’s been kept on a lead at all times unless he’s in a secure field
Archie’s recall is excellent in the secure field and he’s great in the car
Archie does bark if somebody comes to the house which is a typical trait of the breed, he is put away and then introduced when visitors are seated which is the correct way to introduce a shepherd.
Archie enjoys his food and is very partial to eggs
He’s fully housetrained and goes to the door when he wants to toilet
We would recommend Archie is the only pet in the home and with no small furries
This lovely lad really is such a gorgeous boy who would really excel in a home where the adopter has previous GSD experience
