ACTIVE ANTONIA

We know rather more about Antonia than our summary implies. We don't have much history. We only know that she was picked up off the streets in Romania and came to the UK for the chance of a new life. But we know what sort of girl she is now

She has spent some time since her arrival getting the feel of things here in local kennels and de-stressing after the trauma of the three day journey in a crate. This was hard for Antonia as she is a cheerful lively girl who is constantly on the go. Our assessor felt that she would make a good agility or canni cross competitor

At seven, you might ask? Well that is the thing. Her pet passport says that her age has been estimated as that. But no one here thinks that this is accurate. She has a wonderful black muzzle and she is very energetic. Perhaps she was in poorer condition when the vet saw her. At best, his judgement is an estimate, but that is what was said and we have to report this.

You might also ask how we do not state how she is with other dogs, when she lives surrounded by them. The fact is that dogs in kennels do not react to their kennel companions entirely as they would strange dogs that they might meet outside. We only know that Antonia is a sweet girl who has showed no negative traits other than being rather timid, as you would expect.

Anyone who is interested in Antonia could discuss a foster arrangement to trial. We are confident that, once you live with this sweet girl, you would fail as a foster carer and she would have her forever home here in the UK
