Another broken dog who has endured a life of hell, thanks to humans.
This is Alfred who we think might be an older boy but it's difficult to tell because he has had such a hard life and has never known what it's like to have a home or be loved and properly cared for.
As you can see, his coat is disgusting but at the kennels they are going to groom him a bit at a time every day as he becomes restless. We don't want to shave him as it has gone so cold now.
Alfred really does need someone to take pity on him and offer him a bed to sleep in and lots of TLC.
