Alfie is a 5 year old shep who sadly needs to find a loving new home due to owners ill health and inability to give Alfie the exercise he needs. Our volunteer was greeted by a bark on arrival but after a few minutes Alfie was fine and came over to say hello and happy to retreat to the garden to play with his beloved ball. Outside on the lead Alfie was excited to being going out but wasnt too bad on his walk and sadly our volunteer didnt meet any other dogs but we are told he can be vocal as lacking day to day interaction with other dogs. All in all a beautifully natured boy who should settle into any home and just needs a lilttle more excercise and routine.
