Alex is an absolutely beautiful boy whose just had his first birthday and he comes with the typical puppy style energy and enthusiasm, seemingly not aware of his large size and wanting to be exceedingly affectionate was not a great mix (so we wouldn't advise homing with young children).
Currently he is looking for a new home quite urgently, due to being left long hours and current owners not having enough time to give Alex all he requires. in turn alex is terribly bored and understandably, has been destructive. He is a very clever, alert boy and was seeking attention all the time I was there. Very friendly and also said to be fine with other dogs, though sadly we didn't see any on our walk. he does pull on the lead and did bark at a passerby but stopped when told; his behaviour can be corrected with time, patience and training. Knowing basic commands he will do anythin for a bite of sausage and loves to play fetch too.
Alex certainly needs that special someone to help teach him some manners and allow him to flourish into fine young gentle dog.
