Dan German Shepherd

Dan - A very special german shepherd. REHOMED

This gorgeous big boy is a special boy but he needs an experienced home with lots of time and space. He is a victim of the credit crunch as his handler has been made redundant.

REHOMED

Dan has never lived in a house and has been used to patrol a large shooting estate. He has not been taught man work but he can sure track. He is passported and has travelled abroad to patrol the owners other large estates

Dan 4 - this is one seriously big dog 48-50Kg of pure muscle!

Dan does everything at 100 miles per hour

dan ready for action

This is one gorgeous dog but he is used to lots of exercise as he has lived on large rural estate. He needs to go where he will continue to get lots of exercise as he quickly gets bored.

Dan has been with a handler so whoever takes him will need to firmly establish that they are the pack leader and not Dan. He is not aggressive but he can be dominant if allowed to. For the right person he will be a fabulous dog.

dan ready to go

Dan is looking for a rural home without young children. He may get on with some dogs and possibly livestock. He is certainly OK with birds having patrolled a pheasant shoot for the last few years.

someone will be very lucky to have dan the gsd

Some lucky person is going to have a very special dog.

"How Could You?" should bring tears to your eyes. It is very sad fact of life that many faithful pets have become disposable items and will be discarded, no longer required. Many of these will die unwanted, unloved and alone having spent the last few days, weeks or months in a filthy dank dirty kennel. Their final reward - a lethal injection!!

Poor Archie wasn't quite so lucky. His story highlights the plight of older dogs
